Client Support Representative
to join our dynamic team in Islamabad.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification
    : Bachelor's degree (Business/Communication/English background preferred).
  • Experience
    : Fresh graduates and individuals with 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Proficiency
    : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in
    English
    (required).
  • Skills

  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through

  • Assist UK clients with inquiries regarding

  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the

    to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Provide
    progress updates
    to clients regarding their accounts and filings.
  • Coordinate the
    scheduling of meetings

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and assist with necessary documentation.
  • Handle administrative and documentation tasks efficiently and accurately.
