Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Customer Support Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media queries (Facebook & Instagram). You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring prompt and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Provide accurate product information and guide customers through order placement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Record and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e-commerce, logistics, and operations) for smooth issue handling.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in customer support, call center, or retail (fashion industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and customer messaging tools.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
