A Business Development Executive with proven expertise in C2C Staff Augmentation and US IT Staffing is sought to drive growth through effective workforce solutions.
Responsibilities- Market and place consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens) across client projects.
- Develop consultant profiles and resumes to meet market standards.
- Submit high-volume targeted job applications daily with high accuracy.
- Build long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
- Conduct outreach to secure project approvals and partnerships.
- Use data-driven insights to improve candidate placement efficiency.
- Align consultants with client requirements for revenue growth.
- 1–3 years of experience in C2C staff augmentation, business development, or bench sales.
- Strong knowledge of visa classifications and US IT staffing models.
- Proficiency in job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
