Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Officer to provide administrative support to the back-office function of collections.

This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ensure database updates are done as per the process with proper checks and in a timely manner.
  • Document and maintain records related to collections and ensure they are organized, updated, and accessible for future reference or audits.
  • Vendor management - Allocations to agencies; vendor billing process, and other administrative tasks to be done appropriately.
  • Establish cordial working relationships with internal staff to understand roles and develop mutual understanding.
  • Be aware of the Customer Contact Guidelines related to collections.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an operations-oriented role.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of collection and stages of the collections process.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PPT) for report generation, data entry, and documentation.
  • Managing databases and ensuring accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
