Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Genesys Cloud Engineer to join our team and support global contact center operations.
Main Tasks
- Provide technical assistance to Genesys cloud customers.
- Support Genesys Operations as a Tier-2 and Tier-3 engineer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys cloud features and technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in contact center operations and Genesys solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Genesys Cloud certification is highly desirable.
