
Contact Center Operations Coordinator

The Contact Center Operations Coordinator is a key member of our customer service team, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the contact center. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
You will work closely with our team leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
