
Senior Contact Center Operations Engineer

This role involves supporting global telephony & contact center operations across contact centers. The engineer will act as POC for all contact center solution requests, including questions and problems.
Key Accountabilities- Administer and troubleshoot Genesys cloud issues and concerns.
- Support Genesys Operations as Tier-2 and Tier-3.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve operational issues related to Genesys and integrated platforms.
- Manage day-to-day operational issues in coordination with technical teams.
- 1-4+ years of experience in the contact center industry and 2-3 years on any telephony platform.
- 1-4 years of experience as an administrator on Genesys solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent case management skills and ability to work independently.
