Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer Job Description

This role involves supporting global telephony & contact center operations across contact centers. The engineer will act as POC for all contact center solution requests, including questions and problems.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Administer and troubleshoot Genesys cloud issues and concerns.
  2. Support Genesys Operations as Tier-2 and Tier-3.
  3. Collaborate with global teams to resolve operational issues related to Genesys and integrated platforms.
  4. Manage day-to-day operational issues in coordination with technical teams.
Requirements
  1. 1-4+ years of experience in the contact center industry and 2-3 years on any telephony platform.
  2. 1-4 years of experience as an administrator on Genesys solutions.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent case management skills and ability to work independently.
