Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries about order statuses and timelines in a highly integrated contact center environment.

About the Role:
  • Participate in daily team meetings to stay informed about current issues and priorities.
  • Effectively manage the phone queue by answering calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities include managing the phone queue, assisting customers with questions about their online orders, confirming delivery details, and handling live chats efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
