Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation sessions, guaranteeing a smooth and well-structured agenda.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding workflow, ensuring logistical tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Administer surveys to gather feedback, facilitating continuous improvement of the onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide a tailored, role-specific onboarding program for new hires.
  • Enter and maintain accurate new hire data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or administrative coordination roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, combined with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
