About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering Oracle ERP Financials solutions, including Cloud-based implementations, with a significant focus on customer-side roles. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of key financial processes, including expertise in EPM capabilities and functionality, as well as experience in the Financial Services industry. A minimum of 4 full life cycle end-to-end implementation projects implementing Financials module is preferred.

Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs during workshops and sessions to capture requirements accurately, developing business scenarios and test scripts, analyzing and resolving functional design challenges, supporting end-users and system accountants with knowledge transfer sessions, creating and delivering end-user training materials, collaborating with SMEs to create configuration data for the implementation partner, developing or updating existing SOPs, defining hierarchies and workflow requirements, reviewing detailed functional specifications, identifying opportunities for process improvements, conducting system testing, and assisting business users and SMEs with data mapping from legacy systems to target systems.
