Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical solutions specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing software programs, analyzing user requirements, and evaluating existing systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements to design and develop new software programs
  • Research and write new software programs, including testing and fault finding
  • Evaluate existing software and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
  • Integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together
  • Investigate new technologies to improve software development
  • Create technical specifications and test plans
  • Work with computer coding languages
  • Write operational documentation with technical authors
  • Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
  • Collaborate with other staff members, including project managers, graphic artists, designers, developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals
