Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to customers on various technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to telecom and datacom networks.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
  • Analyze and document customer issues to improve problem-solving processes and reduce downtime.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on technical procedures and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in telecom and datacom technical support.
  • Strong understanding of CS Core domains, including CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter, LDAP protocols, and IMS/VoLTE call flows.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
