Job Summary

We're seeking a licensed real estate professional to join us in a support-focused role. As a key contributor, you'll work closely with us to nurture leads, host open houses, show homes, and create engaging content that reflects our brand voice.

Responsibilities
  • Show homes and host open houses with preparation, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients.
  • Follow up with leads from events, CRM activity, and online inquiries to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, guiding clients through the early stages of their buying journey.
  • Write compelling marketing content, such as social media captions and newsletter blurbs, that aligns with our brand tone and resonates with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM notes, tagging, and pipeline data to inform informed decisions and optimize performance.
  • Support our lead agents by reflecting the brand clearly in all client-facing interactions, ensuring seamless communication and a unified experience.
  • Flex your schedule weekly based on deal flow, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the evolving needs of our clients and team.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in showings, open houses, or buyer-side support is preferred, but not required.
  • You possess strong written communication skills, able to craft warm, intelligent, and engaging content that accurately reflects our brand voice.
  • You're comfortable making follow-up calls and engaging with warm leads, building rapport and driving conversions.
  • You're emotionally intelligent, steady, and client-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • You're available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients and team.
  • You're looking for a long-term team role, valuing collaboration, growth, and development over solo sales efforts.
Compensation

$24 - $26 hourly
