Job Title: Global Textile Export Manager

This role involves spearheading our global textile export business by exploring new markets, identifying untapped potential, and driving sales growth through strategic decision-making.

  • We are looking for someone who can develop and explore new business opportunities in overseas markets.
  • The ideal candidate will research and explore potential global markets for Textile Products, providing timely reports on a geographical location basis.
  • This role requires studying and monitoring the current global market for Home Textile Products, preparing reports on product and region basis, and identifying untapped potential markets.
  • You will analyze global market trends for Textile Products and take necessary strategic decisions to cope with these trends.
  • Our preferred candidate will generate leads and export sales.
  • This position requires strong communication and coordination skills to identify, communicate, and coordinate with overseas buyers, building business relationships with them.
  • We need someone who can provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to management.
  • Responsibilities also include preparing quotations and pricing for overseas buyers.
  • Negotiating with international buyers is a crucial part of this role, convincing and persuading them to execute sales.
  • The successful candidate will evaluate and select freight forwarders.
  • They will manage export documentation and liaise with various government and non-government departments like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping companies, etc.
  • Arranging shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, and routing of products is also required.
  • This role involves expediting export arrangements and maintaining current information on export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
  • The Global Textile Export Manager must generate all required export documentation, including airway bills, bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit when needed.
  • They will coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination.
  • This is a complete export cycle management role.
Job Requirements

  • Strong freight forwarding experience is essential.
  • A clear understanding and working knowledge of export processes are mandatory.
