About The Role
HireOn is partnering with a reputed textile manufacturer to recruit a visionary
Head of Marketing (HOD Marketing)
. This is a
senior leadership role
responsible for building, leading, and executing global marketing strategies that strengthen the company's presence in
international textile markets
.

The selected candidate will spearhead
export-driven growth
, lead strategic partnerships with global buyers, and ensure the company's products achieve maximum penetration across
Europe, USA, Middle East, and emerging markets
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement marketing and export strategies to enhance brand visibility and international reach.
  • Market Expansion: Identify, analyze, and develop new business opportunities across global textile markets.
  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and agents.
  • Export Sales: Drive international sales growth by aligning product development, pricing, and marketing with global trends.
  • Global Representation: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the export marketing team, ensuring performance excellence and professional development.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and international trade regulations to stay ahead.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Business Graduate or Textile Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 10–15+ years of solid, progressive experience in textile export marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving international export growth and client acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, trade compliance, and supply chain processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a global outlook.
  • Prior exposure to international exhibitions and trade events is a must.
