Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Manager

Description:

  • The Strategic Initiatives Manager will play a critical role in the identification, development and execution of strategic projects that include organizational undertakings and new product classes through partner collaborations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning capabilities, with hands-on experience in formulating and executing business goals in alignment with broader corporate priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategic projects, including new product development and partner-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies in response to new and adverse laws, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and commercial interests.
  • Evaluate regulatory injunctions and legal frameworks to identify opportunities for new product development, advising on product feasibility and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related fields; advanced degrees will be preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role, with a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving the successful delivery of organizational objectives.
  • A solid understanding of licensing processes and regulatory frameworks is essential.
