As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to supervise our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Job OverviewThe Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the front desk, including supervising staff, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and perform cash handling duties with precision.
- Cultivate a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school education or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in a related position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
