Job Title: Purchasing Compliance Officer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and technical evaluation, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. The role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement purchasing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of technical evaluators to ensure that evaluations are conducted fairly and transparently.
  • Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or technical evaluation roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPIM.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of auditing and risk management principles.
