Key Responsibilities
  • We seek an experienced database professional with 7+ years of expertise in supporting large-scale database platforms.
  • Strong technical skills in architecting, implementing, and providing post-implementation support for MS SQL Database Platforms, SQL Always ON, and other related solutions are required.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure timely service delivery to internal and external customers.
  • A background in large-scale production support, including upgrades, migrations, and transitions is essential.
  • Experience with security implementation of products following ITIL processes is necessary.
  • Problem, incident, escalation, and change management skills are a must.

Technical Skills:

Database Management and Administration
  • MS SQL Database Platforms
  • SQL Always ON
  • Database Performance tuning
  • Disk management
  • Security implementation
  • MS SQL Backup and Restore methodologies
  • Database capacity management, purging, and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Desirable Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of SQL server Performance tuning is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure SQL services like MI Instance, Azure SQL is preferred.
