Business Development Manager

A dynamic opportunity awaits for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion in Islamabad, Pakistan. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the education industry, with a strong understanding of international student recruitment. You will lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets, while also expanding UAPP's network by engaging with higher education institutions, schools, and key stakeholders in the education sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Expand UAPP's network through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • KPI Monitoring: Set up and monitor key performance indicators to ensure business success.

Requirements and Qualifications:
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Strong understanding of international student recruitment and higher education processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
