Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support:
    • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the operations team.
    • Maintain open communication channels with various departments to align operational activities with business objectives.
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports to inform decision-making.
    • Assist with inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with senior management to improve operational processes and workflows.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
    • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication.
    • Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management.
    • Facilitate effective communication across departments through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
    • Track progress, coordinate resources, and manage project schedules.
    • Ensure timely completion of projects and address any potential issues or delays.
    Required Skills:
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
      • Relevant certifications in operations or project management are beneficial.
    • Experience:
      • 2-4 years of experience in an operations coordination or administrative support role.
      • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
      • Strong foundation in administrative tasks, scheduling, and resource management.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.
      • Basic understanding of financial management tools.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
