Our company is looking for a highly skilled Associate Project Manager to oversee our projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, coordinating with relevant team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. They will also be expected to develop project plans that combine client requirements with company goals, determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members, and oversee the implementation of project improvements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and monitor projects throughout the entire execution to ensure standards of scope, timeline, and quality are being met.
  2. Develop project plans that combine client requirements with company objectives.

Requirements:
  1. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  5. Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
  6. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
