At Photon Minds, we are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads using online sources, databases, and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients, tracking interactions and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and develop effective strategies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel by developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Experience with email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
