Talent Acquisition Expert

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle across various functions within the organization. This role demands expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as the ability to build strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications
  • Create, post, and manage job listings on relevant platforms
  • SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS INCLUDING LINKEDIN, JOB BOARDS, REFERRALS, AND HEADHUNTING
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with organizational culture
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Facilitate offer roll-outs and ensure smooth handover to HR for onboarding
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority roles
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term professional relationships
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS and track progress for reporting purposes

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with organizational growth and departmental needs
  • Regularly report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire)
  • Pose and implement improvements in sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
  • Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and local talent availability
  • Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing background across multiple functions: Finance, IT, HR, Admin, Sales
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and leading ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strategic mindset with execution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local recruitment trends and employment practices
