Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment initiatives, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the hiring process, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates. They will also be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across different departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring goals and workforce planning objectives
  • Support the HR team by creating and refining job descriptions for external postings
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend qualified candidates for various positions
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and video screening
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Educational background in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to management, across various departments
