Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Capital Strategist to drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, identifying opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Develop and implement strategic recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute HR programs that support our organizational objectives, including employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Work Structure: Maintain accurate and up-to-date job profiles and descriptions for all positions, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
  • Candidate Acquisition: Manage and support the candidate acquisition process, from pre-qualification to onboarding, to ensure seamless transitions into new roles.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that facilitate successful transitions and set employees up for success.
  • Organization Development: Analyze training needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness in driving business outcomes.
  • Databases and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely databases of applicants and employees, providing valuable insights to inform HR decisions.
  • Financial Administration: Oversee financial aspects of HR, including payroll management and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Employ mediation and dispute resolution techniques to resolve conflicts and grievances in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Workplace Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents, ensuring prompt and equitable resolutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or organizational development; master's degree preferred.
  • Qualifications: Strong understanding of human resources management principles, employment law, and health and safety regulations.
