About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates to join our team.
- Employee Relations: Conflict resolution, mediation, and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being and engagement.
- Compensation & Benefits: Understanding payroll, bonuses, health plans, and retirement programs to ensure fair compensation and benefits for employees.
- HR Compliance & Labor Laws: Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.) to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Performance Management: Conducting appraisals, feedback sessions, and PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) to drive employee growth and development.
- HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Using HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and interpreting metrics like turnover rates to inform business decisions.
- Training & Development: Designing L&D programs to upskill employees and enhance their careers.
- Workforce Planning: Forecasting hiring needs and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
