About this Role

  • Lead doorstep repair strategy and execution for Evee's service across 10+ cities in Pakistan.
  • Oversee daily operations of technicians, coordinating with warehouse and inventory teams to optimize inventory levels based on forecasted needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day-to-day operations for technicians across Pakistan run smoothly.
  • Monitor and maintain a log of primary KPIs such as labour cost per service visit per city.
  • Implement technology solutions to reduce technician response time and costs spent on travel/fuel.
  • Allocate resources for on-ground operations based on query volume.
  • Guarantee adherence to company policy, including safety protocols, best workplace practices, and dress-code.
  • Maintain equipment maintenance records.
  • Benchmark Evee's workflow against industry-leading solutions.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Able to travel within and between cities across Pakistan.
  • Strong financial control and budgeting skills.
  • Effective communication skills across diverse stakeholders from field-technicians to senior management.
  • Report writing skills to write proposals for new initiatives and performance reports.
