Job Title: Professional Development Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing professional development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of professional development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of participant engagement and certification.
- Assist in preparing program materials, event coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Gather and analyze feedback from sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
- Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM Essentials, ATD Fundamentals) will be an advantage.
This role is based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and requires regular presence in the office.
