Research Coordinator

This role involves working on a grant-funded project focused on improving women and child health outcomes.
We have ten community-based field sites across Pakistan, each contributing to our research efforts. Our team is known for its high-quality work, both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:- Generate weekly reports and share them with project managers;
- Track and record project incentives distributed to social mobilizers;
- Translate and type project documents in Urdu;
- Ensure accurate data management throughout the project;
- Design and implement awareness campaigns in local communities;
- Offer guidance and support to research participants;
- Collaborate with project leaders to plan and coordinate field activities;
- Deliver training sessions to colleagues as per project protocols;
- Optimize field operations to maximize productivity;
- Conduct household visits to guarantee successful data collection.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science or related field;
- Minimum two-three years of experience in maternal and child health;
- Prior experience in breastfeeding counselling is highly beneficial;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Able to write clearly and concisely;
- Familiarity with research methodologies;
- Effective time management and prioritization skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
- Capacity to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations;
- Willingness to work in various community settings;
- Proficiency in using computers and reporting software.
