Requirements:
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Skills
    • Leadership skills with expertise in team management and process creation.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in managing teams and departments.
    • Demonstrated expertise in international recruitment, customer support services, business operations, call center operations, and project management.
