Job Title:

Human Resources Executive

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, CV shortlisting, scheduling interviews, managing correspondence and liaison with candidates, and identifying and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline, fostering long-term relationships with prospective candidates, and prioritizing recruitment efforts based on business requirements.

In addition, you will coordinate and facilitate hiring managers on their respective hiring(s), ensure accurate job descriptions are in place, help design SOPs and policies, and organize company activities and employee benefits.

Requirements:
  1. Proven work experience as an HR Executive of 6 months to one year.
  2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured).
  3. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  5. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting).
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Excellent negotiation skills.
  8. Solid understanding of HR practices & labor legislation.
  9. BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant degree.
