Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team, overseeing all HR matters across the company. This includes recruitment, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources management or related experience, as well as knowledge of relevant legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Performance Management: Design and deliver performance review processes that promote employee growth and development.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster positive relationships with colleagues, provide coaching and guidance, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • HR Operations: Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
