- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans that recognize individual contributions and promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to the improvement of the recruitment process, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans, providing insights for future growth and development.
- Research and create job ads for various platforms, attracting top talent and promoting our organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Nurture relationships with potential hires through professional networks and social media groups, establishing connections and building trust.
