Effectively delivering lasting impact in public sector leadership is a key goal at our organization. We are seeking a skilled Delivery Leader to support our teams in Pakistan.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work with senior government officials to drive better delivery of public services for citizens and residents. This role involves developing and implementing delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, and action plans for government agencies and ministries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective delivery strategies that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Monitor the implementation of delivery plans and establish regular routines and accountability mechanisms.
  • Solve complex problems and provide insights through data analysis and visualization.
  • Engage in data collection and analytical processes to inform decision-making by senior leaders.
Skill Sets:
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and influence among diverse stakeholders in the public sector or nonprofit world.
  • Facilitation and Coaching: Run effective meetings and workshops that drive towards problem-solving and consensus.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Collect, manage, and analyze raw data to extract actionable insights and recommendations, and visualize it for decision-making.
  • Critical Thinking: Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to reveal relationships within datasets, enabling prediction of outcomes and informed decision-making.
  • Clear Communication: Turn complex problems or insights into clear memos and well-structured slides, and speak clearly and concisely in remote and in-person settings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working within top consulting firms, governments, and/or international organizations.
  • Must be based in and have the right to work in Pakistan.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role in public sector contexts.
