We are looking for an expert client outreach and business developer to work in our office based in Islamabad.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, primarily through LinkedIn.
  • Strong command of outbound messaging, ICP targeting, and lead qualification strategies.
  • Ability to generate high-quality leads and meet specific conversion KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and outreach automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hiring Process

  • After interviews, a 3-month lead generation plan will be required if shortlisted.
  • One professional reference will be required after the interview stage.
  • You may be asked to complete a 10-day performance-based task. If you successfully achieve the assigned lead generation targets within this period, your position will be finalized with a performance-based offer.
