Senior People and Culture Coordinator

This role is focused on ensuring that all people policies, programs, and systems are aligned with organizational strategies.

About the Job

The Senior People and Culture Coordinator will work closely with department directors/managers and their teams to ensure effective implementation of people policies and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic P&C / HR Leadership:
    •Partner with senior management team on strategic workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies.
    •Serve as a thought leader in strengthening organizational culture, values, and ethics.
    •Lead the P&C / HR team in delivering high-impact, efficient, and compliant services aligned with organizational standards.
  • P&C / HR Operations & Compliance:
    •Oversee national P&C / HR strategy implementation and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Staff Development & Culture:
    •Foster a continuous learning culture through coaching, mentoring, and structured development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's university degree in HR management or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive professional HR experience.
  • Demonstrated success as a HR leader supporting groups of 1,000+ employees at multiple organizational levels, cultures, and locations within a regional or global environment required.
