Job Title: Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee a diverse team of data analysts and technicians, collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will interact with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans and schedules.
  • This role will manage the service delivery pipeline, including project initiation, documentation, quality control, and project delivery.
  • The successful candidate will lead service delivery activities to ensure client requirements are met, including resource management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Detailed documents such as pipeline specifications, quality control guidelines, and project reports must be developed.
  • Liaising with the technology team is essential to provide insights into resource availability and technology requirements.
  • A structured approach to project management must be implemented, ensuring quality parameters are met within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Stakeholders must be provided with visibility on project status, roadblocks, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; Master's degree holders are preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in service delivery, especially in project management of AI-based technology solutions.
  • The ability to devise a structured approach to service delivery management is crucial.
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering high-quality services are essential.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana is required.
  • Effective communication skills in English are necessary.
