Product Support Professional

A key role exists for a skilled product support professional to build the foundation of how our company supports customers. As part of our customer-facing team, you will work closely with engineering and success teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • First-line support: Respond to customer interactions via chat; respond with empathy and speed.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze issues, review logs, query databases, and escalate when needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Run pre-release checks to ensure product stability.
  • Knowledge building: Create and maintain knowledge base articles, videos, and internal documentation.
  • Process design: Develop workflows, tools, and best practices for support.
  • Team enablement: Train Success Managers on product features and common issues.
  • Founding ownership: Set the standard for future support hires and help scale the function.
About You

You should apply if:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical product support in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in analyzing logs and databases using SQL to resolve issues is essential.
  • Experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk and excellence in chat-based support is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to explain technical details clearly.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
