Job Description:

As a Data-Driven Product Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy by leveraging data analysis and visualization to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command over data cleaning, exploration, and visualization, as well as expertise in designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reporting tools. Experience with SQL, Python, and R is a must, along with familiarity with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and integrate analytics into decision-making processes. A deep analytical mindset, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within fintech, tech, telecom, banking, or FMCG sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in working with cross-functional product teams to support product development, growth, and customer segmentation through data.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark and Hadoop for handling large-scale datasets.
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and distributed data systems.
