Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion. Your primary objectives will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. You will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and creating targeted sales plans to capture these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Generating and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on fintech and software sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
