We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at ADSVISION, A Digital B2B Service Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base through strategic outreach and engagement, driving growth, and ensuring our digital marketing services make an impact with new clients.
Job Description- Client Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to initiate contact with potential clients, introducing ADSVISION's range of digital marketing solutions and identifying business opportunities.
- Sales Pitch & Engagement: Present ADSVISION's value proposition, showcasing services like SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation to meet the client's unique goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, following up to nurture interest and secure meetings for further engagement.
- Establish rapport and build credibility over the phone, creating strong first impressions that open doors to long-term partnerships.
- Target Market Research: Research industries and specific businesses to understand potential clients' needs, allowing for more personalized, effective outreach.
- Sales Performance: Work towards meeting and exceeding outreach and conversion targets, using a results-driven approach to continually improve performance.
- Strategy Refinement: Gather insights from conversations to refine messaging, identify common needs, and enhance the overall outreach strategy.
