Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Director to join our team at Zar Armaghan Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations for commercial vehicles, including buses, mini-buses, and trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Drive leads generation through effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up on sales leads to close deals

You will also be responsible for managing the spare parts inventory and ensuring availability of key parts for commercial vehicles, as well as coordinating the after-sales service team to provide maintenance and repairs to customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market in Pakistan, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a commercial vehicle dealership or similar role
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, spare parts management, and after-sales services
  • Experience in managing financials and budgets for a dealership or sales operation
