We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our team in generating high-quality leads through personalized cold email campaigns, leveraging B2B data sources, and optimizing outreach strategies. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM and lead generation platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify B2B leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data sources.
- Create, manage, and optimize personalized cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and organize lead data in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Ensure all collected data is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date for effective targeting.
- Track outreach performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other lead generation tools and CRMs.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging cold emails.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
