We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This high-impact role is designed for professionals who excel at crafting compelling email campaigns, generating quality leads, and communicating with potential clients in international markets.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with outbound marketing strategies, specifically within IT services, and be confident in leveraging cold emailing, outreach platforms, and lead generation tools. If you have a knack for writing persuasive email proposals and thrive on hitting KPIs, this role is tailored for you.

As an integral part of our business development function, you will help drive global engagement and build solid B2B pipelines through high-converting cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns targeting international clients
  • Research, identify, and reach out to high-potential leads using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Craft personalized email content and proposals tailored to client pain points and industry relevance
  • Segment email lists and apply A/B testing for improving open and conversion rates
  • Manage email sequences and monitor deliverability using tools like Mailchimp and SendGrid
  • Track email performance metrics, analyze results, and report ROI to leadership
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and lead generation goals
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and lead generation, especially in US/UK markets
  • Proven track record in targeting B2B clients for IT services companies
  • Proficiency in outreach and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write persuasive cold email copy and proposals
  • Strong attention to detail with a goal-oriented mindset to close leads effectively
