Job Title

An experienced Legal Professional is needed to support the organization in various legal tasks, including contract management, compliance monitoring and regulatory research.

This role provides critical support to senior legal staff on disputes and contract drafting, while contributing to the effective management of intellectual property and compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist in:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws;
  • Providing in-depth legal research on regulatory changes related to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law;
  • Supporting pre-litigation dispute management, including preparing documentation and liaising with external counsel;
  • Assisting in the protection and enforcement of the company's intellectual property rights;
  • Contributing to the development of corporate governance policies and ensuring compliance across departments;
  • Conducting basic legal risk assessments and presenting findings to senior legal staff for decision-making;
  • Fostering communication with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and business partners;
  • Assisting in managing the company's intellectual property portfolio, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations;
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

  • A strong academic background in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.) with at least 2 years of transaction/corporate experience (1 year of litigation experience with a law firm is preferred);
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • A track record of drafting, reviewing and revising agreements, coupled with outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Competence in legal research;
  • The ability to work during the US shift.
