
Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Accounting Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to both the sales and accounting departments within an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales Databases: Developing databases of potential sales leads and responding to customer inquiries on products and services.
- Scheduling Meetings: Scheduling and organizing sales meetings with existing clients and prospects.
- Providing Sales Support: Assisting financial representatives by contacting and scheduling appointments with existing clients.
- Managing Client Relationships: Assisting in performing administrative tasks related to client relationships and identification of service and sales needs.
- Generating Sales Leads: Generating sales leads, keeping records of sales information, and collecting customer feedback.
- On-Site Management: Managing customer accounts and exploring additional sales opportunities through regular on-site visits.
Additionally, this role involves:
- Reconciling Invoices: Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Expense Reporting: Creating and updating expense reports.
- Financial Transactions: Processing reimbursement forms and preparing bank deposits.
- Record Keeping: Entering financial transactions into internal databases and checking spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Audit Participation: Participating in quarterly and annual audits.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Computer Software Proficiency: Proficient skills in computer software such as MS Excel and various other accounting software.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in the related profession.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
