Sales and Accounting Assistant

This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to both the sales and accounting departments.

You will be working closely with financial representatives to provide sales support, manage client relationships, and generate sales leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling invoices, creating expense reports, processing financial transactions, and participating in audits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer software, and a strong educational background in a related field. If you have at least 2-3 years of work experience and are looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth, then this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Sales Databases: Developing databases of potential sales leads and responding to customer inquiries.
  2. Scheduling Meetings: Scheduling and organizing sales meetings with existing clients and prospects.
  3. Providing Sales Support: Assisting financial representatives by contacting and scheduling appointments.
  4. Managing Client Relationships: Assisting in performing administrative tasks related to client relationships.
  5. Generating Sales Leads: Generating sales leads, keeping records of sales information, and collecting customer feedback.
  6. On-Site Management: Managing customer accounts and exploring additional sales opportunities through regular on-site visits.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling Invoices: Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
  • Expense Reporting: Creating and updating expense reports.
  • Financial Transactions: Processing reimbursement forms and preparing bank deposits.
  • Record Keeping: Entering financial transactions into internal databases and checking spreadsheets for accuracy.
  • Audit Participation: Participating in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in the related profession.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
