Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to drive business growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to improve processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand project scope.
    • Perform competitor analysis and research market trends.
    • Analyze existing systems and perform data analysis.
    • Document requirements and create comprehensive requirement documents.
  • Concept Development:
    • Develop low and high-fidelity designs based on stakeholder feedback.
    • Propose automation and innovation ideas aligned with strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feedback.
  • Prototyping:
    • Lead the development of prototype frontends.
    • Conduct testing and gather approvals from stakeholders.
    • Perform usability testing and complexity reduction exercises.
  • Functional Specifications:
    • Manage error handling and develop help guidelines.
    • Document user stories and create detailed test cases.
  • Architecture Review:
    • Design solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
    • Review project plans, including estimates, team selection, timelines, and planning.
  • Engineering Collaboration:
    • Partner with engineering teams during the development phase.
    • Oversee post-development reviews and coordinate testing phases.
  • Rollout and Adoption:
    • Develop strategy plans for product rollout.
    • Prepare release notes and conduct customer support testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 3.5 CGPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in IT healthcare domain is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Balsamiq, MATLAB, and GIS.
