Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and providing detailed reports.

A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages is also an essential part of this role, as well as budget management and ROI optimization.

As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will stay up-to-date with platform changes and advertising best practices, ensuring that our campaigns are always optimized for maximum ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Google Ads certification and hands-on experience
  • Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager proficiency
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms

You will also need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business.
